Updating certificate / SSL checks

Sorry @dani-garcia for the noise on the wiki, but I think I've found the appropriate places to add more info on certs, configuration and OCSP now. Please let me know if you feel the content needs to move or be adjusted.
I added a blurb about SSL configuration (protocols, ciphers etc.) to the Proxy examples page. Should this also be added to the hardening page?
I've been pulling the little hair that I have left out trying to figure out why the Mobile apps wouldn't connect to my vaultwarden instance. Only yesterday did I figure out that the 'Chain validation failed' message was caused by failing OCSP stapling on my server (server has no outbound connectivity).
