Support for Bitwarden "Share via link" (email-verified Send)

Bitwarden announced a new "Share via link" feature on October 20, 2026: It lets a user share a vault item with someone outside their vault through a Send-based link. Unlike a normal Send, the sender must list the recipients' email addresses. The recipient opens the link, enters their email, and receives a verification code by email before the item is decrypted. On my Vaultwarden 1.37.5 server the "Share via link" option is not available in the item menu in the web vault.
