Right to invite new users without accessing all collections

I have an organization on Vaultwarden, I want a member to be able to manage certain collections (create / edit / delete passwords) AND to invite new members to the collections he manage. I don't want this user to be administrator of the organization because I don't want him to access to the other collections. This would be useful in the organization because some logins are very sensitive and should not be shared with people, but we also want group coordinators to be able to invite new people to join the collections they manage. We want to improve the rights delegation in our organization. Today, every single new user must be invited by the IT team. How to do this?
