Granular Access at the Record Level within Collections and the Ability to Share Them

The functionality to grant access not to an entire collection, but to individual records stored within it. The current problem is that to grant permissions to specific records, one has to duplicate the entire collection to provide access to a single person.

Secondary Point: The internal transfer of records (such as passwords, notes, etc.) between registered users.

Envisioned Workflow for Record Transfer:

1. Initiate Transfer: The sender selects a record to transfer and specifies the recipient's username (email).
2. Notification: The recipient receives a notification about the incoming record.
3. Recipient's Decision: The recipient can either accept or decline the transfer.
4. Acceptance & Placement: If accepted, the recipient is prompted to choose a destination collection for the record.
5. Confirmation: The sender receives a delivery confirmation notification.
