Feature: Recipient of the confirmation request email

It seems that requests to confirm a new member in an organization who has created an account are sent only to the owners of the organization, not to the administrators.

Since we like to leave the administration of the organizations to the members of the organization that we appoint as administrators, we would like to send the email confirming the new users to the administrators as well. They already have confirmation rights.

Please add an option to specify the recipients of the confirmation emails and other administrative emails.
