Assign Manager Role only to specific collections

Hey Everyone,

I think it would be pretty nice to be able to assign the Manager Role to only specific collections for organisation members. E.g. A User has access to collection a, b and c. Now i want him to be able to have manager privilege on collection a and b, but not on collection c.
Since I can only assign the manager role to a user for all collections that the user can acces, my only option at this point would be to create a second organisation with the same members to achieve this. I was thinking of some kind of third Checkbox when editing the rights of a member that allows you to give him the Manager Role on specific collections only.

I guess that this is something, that would have to be implemented in the upstream project, but I wanted to start the discussion here before I head upstream :)
