adding support for Turnstile widgets
Source: dani-garcia/vaultwarden#7400 · opened by @Nickeike
Hi! I’d like to suggest adding support for Cloudflare Turnstile (or similar CAPTCHA solutions) to Vaultwarden’s login flow.
I’m self‑hosting Vaultwarden on TrueNAS and exposing it through a Cloudflared tunnel so friends and family can access it securely over HTTPS. Since the Web Vault interface can’t be customized, it isn’t currently possible to use Turnstile widgets or pass CAPTCHA tokens to Vaultwarden for verification.
It would be great if Vaultwarden could optionally accept and validate a CAPTCHA token during login. This would allow self‑hosted instances to integrate Cloudflare Turnstile or other CAPTCHA providers through a reverse proxy, improving protection against automated login attempts.
