Add an "Exclude specific characters" field to the password generator policy

Currently, the organization "Password Generator" policy allows setting a minimum length, a minimum number of digits, a minimum number of special characters, and toggling the A-Z, a-z, 0-9, and special character (!@#$%^&*) categories. However, there is no way to exclude specific characters from generation. In our context, certain characters cause issues when generated passwords are used, for example in imports, input fields with restrictions, or third-party systems sensitive to certain symbols. We would like to be able to explicitly exclude characters such as: ' " / \ . ` < > & ; - @ Proposal: add a text field "Exclude specific characters" to the password generator policy screen (just below the A-Z, a-z, 0-9, special characters categories).
