Support PostgreSQL (TimescaleDB) as database for uptime-kuma

I would love to see being able to use Uptime Kuma with PostgreSQL

🔖 Feature description

Being able to support PostgreSQL (With timescaledb) so We can store time series data easier and also without needing aggregation tables, etc.

And retention will be easier with no need to vacuum, since it stores data in subtables and will drop them when we remove data using timescaledb functions

✔️ Solution

Adding support for that in database layer (Also need extra support for timescaledb)
