Matrix notifications end-to-end encryption implementation

Description


All the notifications on matrix are unencrypted. Other thing I noticed while trying to setup those notifications is that I have to use [ and not the real homeserver URL [

👟 Reproduction steps


Setup the notifications for Matrix;
Run a test / receive a message from the bot;
Message is "Unencrypted"
