Nearly identical request for a passive/informational monitor state where being offline is not treated as an error and has no impact on overall uptime/health.
Proposes marking monitors as "not critical" so their state/alerts are neutral for uptime.

Sometimes I want to see a monitor to follow it's status but it actually doesn't matter if it's up or down, I just want users to have an indication if they can expect the service to be up or not.
It also shouldn't count towards the total uptime.
