The logo and "Uptime Kuma" text located in the upper left corner of the login and dashboard screens should be manageable under the Settings > General menu. It would be great if both the logo and favicon could be uploaded.

We need to enable fields for managing the favicon, logo, and text area under the Settings > General menu.
