Add GoatCounter support to Status Page Analytics

Add [GoatCounter]( as a natively supported analytics provider for public status pages.

🔖 Feature description

Under Status Page > Analytics, add "GoatCounter" to the Provider dropdown list.

I believe this requires just one field:
1. GoatCounter URL / Dashboard URL: (e.g.,
2. Analytics ID / Code: (Optional/Conditional) - GoatCounter can track purely by setting the data-goatcounter attribute matching the endpoint URL. However, if a user relies on a specific count script location, it would format the script tag exactly like this:
