Sub Workspaces and Hierarchy of Workspaces

Add the ability to create sub-workspaces. For example I have multiple workspace for different departments. One of these departments is "Marketing" within "Marketing" I want to have a sub-workspace for "Ad Campaigns", "Organic Content", and "Conversions". It would be helpful to be able to have these sub-workspaces be visually indented under "Marketing" in the same way that we have them indented for a different view of a workspace.

The benefit is you can visually separate departments but also you can go from high level workspaces to very granular workspaces/tables
