Rich text on workflow field form

Be able to add a field with rich formatting to form fields in workflows.

Use case:
I create a workflow to send a bulk email to several opportunity contacts (point of contact)
I create a form to request the subject and body of the message, but for the body of the message, I cannot skip lines or apply any formatting.
