Resizable field column on the full-page record view (labels and values are truncated)

Scope & Context On the full-page record view (e.g. People), the left column with the fields has a fixed narrow width. Many field labels and values are cut off with an ellipsis, so users cannot read what a field is called or what it contains. This gets worse with custom fields, which often have longer names (in our workspace: German labels). Current behavior In the full-page record view, the field column cannot be resized. In a People record, 8 of ~20 field labels are truncated, for example "Berufsbezeic…", "Newsletter ab…", "Newsletter-Z…", "Newsletter-V…", "Projektroll…", "Projektinitiato…", "Initiierte Proje…". Values (e.g. addresses, company names, related records) are cut off as well. The only workaround is hovering each field or renaming fields to shorter names.
