Pagination for Record Lists

Currently, the People view uses infinite scrolling to load records. In my case, I have around 1000 contacts, and every time I open the People page it progressively loads the entire dataset as I scroll.

While infinite scrolling works well for smaller datasets, it becomes less pleasant as the number of records grows. It can feel slower, makes it harder to know where you left off, and navigating large lists becomes frustrating.
