Opening up accounts/channels
Source: twentyhq/twenty#20244 · opened by @Bredo
For our needs, it would be absolutely amazing to get "channels"/"accounts" opened up a bit more.
I'd like to be able to share my inbox with my teammates, and even delegate sending on my behalf within Twenty.
It would also be great if we could connect our generic inboxes (currently sales@ and help@), that isn't "user attached", and manage those from within Twenty.
Finally, the ability to connect other channels/accounts with the same scope as above, but on custom channels (through Apps?)
Channels I'd like to connect personally;
• Two-way SMS (with either Sinch or Twilio - or maybe even through Android directly?)
• Two-way support live chat (we have our own internal system for this currently)
• Two-way support for Unipile chats (to connect LinkedIn DMs and WhatsApp/Telegram)
