Missing a unified "Line Item Editor" for multi-product quotes

The Use Case:
I sell a product with 20 distinct services that can be packaged individually (Invoicing, Payment, Automations). A single Opportunity usually includes multiple services, and I need to set a custom, itemized price for each service within that deal.

The problem:
The UI flow is a nightmare for fast sales. Because it lacks a unified "Line Item Editor" or CPQ grid, I have to create a new item for each Service for every single opportunity.
I seriously don't have the energy to describe the current flow, it's just so stupid and not even possible to work with as it is currently.

The Ideal Flow:
Open an Opportunity, select multiple services at once, punch in the custom itemized price for each on a single screen, and hit save once.

My Question:
I'm I missing something here to achieve a single-screen line item editor? If not, you should get on top of it immediately.
