Memory usage reduction

In the current era of memory pricing i was aiming to host multiple applications on a single server. However the instance i currently have access to only has 4Gb. Now i am currently running Twenty with 2 accounts, a few dozen customers registered and even less companies and it is already eating 1.4Gb
Docker reports:
~1,400 MB of which the server 752, worker 592, Postgres 46, Redis 12
Any ideas on how to reduce server and worker memory usage?
