Layout - Admin can chose to share / restrict specific lists of records to specific members

@Bonapara, several customers recently expressed the need to filter the views of records that the members can access.
From my understanding, the goals of doing this are
1. Easier / Cleaner UI so members access only the views that are relevant to them ( they might need to create more tahn 20 views in total for ex and do not want members to have to see all of them)
2. privacy

I'd would to discuss the options to do so (or not) to come back to them with an update
