BCC email address functionality

I'm new to Twenty, and I apologise if this feature is already there, but I can't see it if it is.

What I would like is a BCC email feature, so for example, we email a customer from our email client and include the Twenty BCC email and because the customer in Twenty matches the customer email address the email is sent to that email is logged in Twenty against that customer.

Does that make sense?
