Allow to mention Attachment in Rich text (uploaded files)

Scope & Context Example: 1) Able to mention Attachment like how you mention Opportunity / Task / People / ... <img width="483" height="100" alt="Image" src=" /> 2) Able to get the link of Attachment to share, and paste the link in Rich text automatically change to mention again. Current behavior 1) Cannot enable to "Global search" in setting (which I'm able to mention with @) <img width="1199" height="290" alt="Image" src=" /> 2) If user upload at Files, there is no way to mention this file in Rich text (for report, changelog, description,...) <img width="1604" height="654" alt="Image" src=" /> 3) Workaround I can think about is visible the Attachment object, then get the url link of the record, which is still very annoyed. <img width="1579" height="425" alt="Image" src=" /> Expected behavior R…
