Adjust horizontal scroll of view when record viewer is visible

When the record viewer or command sidebar is visible, it covers up part of the view beneath. It can be useful to look at the view table next to the record view, so maybe the scroll margins can be adjusted so that the rightmost columns can still be scrolled into view when the record viewer is covering the view beneath.
