Add a “Create record” button to the view widget

The view pages already have a Create record button, but the view widget doesn’t. Add the same button to the view widget so users can create records directly from it, with a consistent experience across both views.

Expected behavior
Show the Create record button in the view widget.
Make it behave the same way as the button on view pages.
