TBL Editor search in "COMMENTS" option

in the table editor list of tables on the left, make the search optionally able to search through table comments so those who have structured comments can better filter info and see related tables in the list.

Would be AMAZING to be able to set a key value json config for each project's table, view, rpc, function comments and then have all the keys show up as fields in the manual table creation dialog so you can add each one and make specific keys required and then make the sql editor, cli and console required certain things in the comments too. the config would make you able to filter tables list by values for any key also.
