Taking Backup's and Restoring from Backup's should be very easy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The biggest problem i am facing in using the Supabase is the backup and restore process. In self hosting i have faced multiple time with upgrades and all i lose the DB structure or something fails and i have to recreate the whole structure and all from the scratch. Describe the solution you'd like Their has to be some easy to use migration or backup and restore button that saves everything in the file and you can restore things easily from the file using a click and you can also restore using a click and don't have to jump around with commands and docker version errors. Describe alternatives you've considered Appwrite Additional context It will give more confidence to people that they can adopt this and getting the structure and data from it wont be a problem.
