Support postmark API for sending email

It would be nice to have first class postmark support. Right now we can already use smtp and send emails through postmark. However, it would be cool to use the postmark API and use the postmark templates. This should be a feature for users with a subscription, since it would otherwise allow for removing the supabase branding.
