Support Git LFS for Github integration

We use the supabase/seed.sql file to hold data both for automated and manual testing and this file has grown over time to surpass the 100 Mb limit for Github files. When we move this file into Git LFS, the Supabase Github integration will no longer seed the database, since it doesn't pull the seed file from LFS.
