Support features first locally then in production environment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.


There are two things I've experienced for the moment

1 - New Features like Presence and Broadcast can be tested using remote service instead of local first
2 - I can't create some database webhooks which partially alterate my development pipeline

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice that you update first local services such as Docker for Local Development or update everything all at once to keep things harmonized.
