suggestion: output logging for pg_net errors

following this discussion, found that errors go into net._http_response. Think as Gary suggests a simple trigger on that table to log results would go a long way for clarity to have a visual queue that something is going on. I might add in my project for my own sanity but think would be a simple valuable enhancement for the core product.
