Provide `quadlet` Instructions for Installing Supabase

When running Supabase as a daemon service there are a few options.
One way would be under the control of systemd as a podman quadlet.
I am developing such documentation based on [the docker install documentation](
The problem with such a strictly docker based install is that it deviates from the standard system service control.
If you are interested I can provide a pull-request,
in any case I have attached a zip with the quadlets and scripts I have been using.
