Persist column display order in table editor

I find myself dragging certain columns around in the table editor over and over again. I would really like to have a persistent way to save views created in that screen where I can choose and save the order the tables are shown in.

Another nice feature would be to allow the user_id field to be mapped to the email of the auth record or any table with a FK relationship. This would allow you to see which user the row is saving a relationship for.
