More postgres metrics under Reports

It would be great to see more postgres related metrics under reports, like graphs with:

- Concurrent connections
- Queries per second
- Distribution between query types

This would ease debugging periodic connection/performance issues, as well as assess the need to upgrade to a larger compute instance.

Mostly relevant for databases with production load, so could be a Pro+ feature.
