Issue: PostgreSQL upgrade stuck — “Step 3: No result found”

Problem: During database operations, I saw “failed to check room status.” Later, I noticed Step 3 of the database upgrade fails with "no result found". I can’t find the upgrade section again. Please confirm if my upgrade is broken or complete.
