FIx the browser tab icon and name

Please fix the browser icon and name so
there is slightly diffrent browser icon for a remote supabase, selfhosted and cli running supabase tab so you can more easily get to what you want even just a diffrent color outline around the logo or something. impossible to know which when you have a bunch open..

and change or make it optional in setting sto make the test after the icon to show the project name instead of the table..
