Export `PostgrestResponseSuccess` and `PostgrestResponseFailure`

Exactly what it says. Trying to do some union typing and guard clauses to distinguish success and failure in a type-safe way, but can't import the Success or Failure types, only PostgrestResponse.
I'm happy to do this myself, unless it's a bad idea for some reason.
