Email & SMS providers, and the status of webhook-triggered custom providers

Hi! I've been looking through some of the pull requests and came across many pulls to add custom email and SMS providers, in which leads to answers that supabase's GoTrue will later on support webhook based custom providers for such instances.

I have built a custom SMS provider myself too, and I am hoping to see a dramatic flexibility improvement through the webhook approach.

As to the new method of implementing these custom providers, what are the plans in developing/releasing the webhook based email/SMS providers?

I'd be happy to contribute if we haven't and could start working on them.
