Create a database driver for edge environments like `@planetscale/database` or `@neondatabase/serverless`

I want to use my existing ORM instead of the supabase js client (postgrest) in an edge environment like Vercel edge functions, to do this i need a database driver that works with fetch instead of TCP connections
