Confusing "Inserted at (UTC)" in Migrations (dashboard)

If open
we can see that Inserted at (UTC) just date from migration file timestamp (version)
it's very confusing as usually you want know when really migration was applied or modified

what do you think about it? Maybe one more date column should be added with actual date?
