Confirm user account on Dashboard UI

HI. It used to be possible to verify or confirm a user's account from the Authentication > Users section. With the new update that option is no longer available.
Could it please be included because some of my users are not getting the confirmation emails on time. The feature is helpful for intervening in such cases.
