Bug: Cannot Reorder Columns After Table Creation in Supabase Database Tables

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository: 1. Go to the Supabase Database Tables 2. Create a new table 3. After the table is created, try to reorder the columns via the Edit Table screen. 4. Notice that the UI no longer allows column reordering.
