additionalData should be able to automatically add fields to the auth ui

With the ability to use metadata was added but for people who use the auth ui and would rather like a unified look this doesn't really give any benefit so I thought that adding an option to define the type of input it should be (text, email or password) and then adding it as a new field into the sign up UI would be a nice addition to complete the addition of the additionalData property.
