Add rate-limiter at project level for client side requests like 120 request/min

Should have this so that we can directly use supabase from client side instead using creating the server function integrating their rate-limit logic and serving the data back to front. otherwise supabase being directly query from client side is of no use for large project in regards of having RLS

like appwrite added client side quires with rate limits on every services it provide like: (you can check more services)
