Add a default region setting at the organization level

I would like to see a setting at the organization level where I can set what my default region is. I think placing this at the organization level makes the most sense because let's say for example if I live in the US but work for a company out of Europe any app I make currently is going to default to the US. Now I can change that manually but let's say I'm going this via the CLI or the Management API it would be great if the region was decided based on this organization level setting. This could also benefit the Bolt <> Supabase integration in the future as well.
