Ability to specify filename for `supabase stop --backup` & `supabase start`

I'm running into a problem where I have multiple supabase projects that I need to work on. I need to pause work on one and start up another, but would like to keep the DB state as is.
It would be nice if there was some way to specify a filename / restore from a file name. The workflow would look something like this
