Ability to create webhooks using query

I would love to be able to create webhooks directly from the SQL editor, when creating a lot of them at once the process of setting them up manually is tedious to say the least.

Since we have instances of Supabase as our dev environment, this would speed up the process of setting up new dev environments greatly. We also periodically re setup the test environment entirely.
