Merge integration platform into API applications: API applications and Integration Platform apps are two configuration surfaces for the same underlying idea. Make API Application the single app primitive: every app uses the same OAuth foundation, while webhook subscriptions, organization installations, installation/service tokens, and UI hooks become optional application capabilities.
