Add support for hidden series in a dashboard panel

Problem Statement

When rendering a dashboard panel there are often times when I want to render one value, but sort by another value.

For example, in this configuration, I want to render the p90 of tokens per turn broken down by model, but I only want to show the top most commonly used models.

If I render both the p90 *and* the count of those metrics broken up by model I can sort by the count(), but I end up with 6 values in the graph (3 p90, 3 count)

If I don't include the count() value I can only sort by the p90. which doesn't show me the most heavily used models, just the slowest.

Solution Brainstorm

Add a simple hidden toggle for each Series or Equation. If hidden, the value is actually rendered in the graph - if not, it's still usable for sorting, but isn't show in the panel.
