Add parent link to Azure DevOps work item created from Sentry.

Problem Statement

A user would like to set a link/parent in Azure DevOps when creating a work item from Sentry (automatically or manually). In this case, Sentry creates "User Stories" in Azure, and all these stories need to be linked to a parent "Feature" in Azure.

In the current process, it is not possible to set a "Parent" in the Azure DevOps integration. As a result, the user needs to manually add the parent in Azure after the work item is created:

The Jira integration allows adding a "Parent" to issues at the moment of Creation:

This request is to create the same feature for the Azure DevOps integration. When creating a new work item manually from a Sentry issue or automatically via an Alert, allow the user to set a Parent link.
